Just now I made some ginger biscuits, and last week I promised you a video blog. Today I proudly present my first ever cooking video to you :) Enjoy!
Last Friday, the 4th of July, I invited my friends over for a little American dinner celebrating Independence Day. And what do Americans eat on this day? Normally, they are having a barbecue, but it was not warm enough for this here in Germany. So, I decided to make chicken corn chowder, coleslaw and chicken wings, and some nice chocolatey brownies.
This is one of my favourite recipes because it is spicy and full of flavours. Of course, some would argue that it is not typically British, but Britain is a melting pot. Immigrants from India, Africa and also from Thailand brought their national cuisine with them. I know British people love Indian food, but a lot of them also like Thai cuisine. This dish is not based on a certain recipe; I just cook as I go. It is really easy and I hope you all will try it :)
I am a student and a passionate cook. I fell in love with food in my childhood when I helped my mom and granny in the kitchen. Today, I especially enjoy cooking British food, but on my blog you will also find a variety of other international dishes.
